Who is responsible

Augeto is a trade name of Luka Gautam, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I am the one responsible for the details described here. You can reach me at luka@augeto.co.

What I collect, and why

• When you send a form on this website. The details you type in (name, email address, office name, website and any message) and the page you sent it from. I use them to reply to you and to prepare your report, because you asked me to. I keep them for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• When I contact you first, by letter, email or phone. I use your name and role at the office and the office's business details, which I found on public sources such as your website and your Google Business Profile. I use them only to tell you how your office appears on Google. My basis is my legitimate interest in telling local businesses about a service that may help them. If you'd rather I didn't contact you, tell me and I will stop and delete these details.
• When you visit this website. Nothing beyond standard server logs, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, which my hosting provider keeps to run and secure the site. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party scripts or fonts.

Who else handles your data

My website host, Netlify (United States), receives the forms and server logs on my behalf, and runs a spam filter over form submissions. My email runs on Google Workspace. A remote specialist helps me prepare the reports; they see only public business information about your office and work under a confidentiality and data processing agreement with me. Beyond that, I don't sell your details or share them with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to me contacting you. Email me and I will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
